Reservation :

The total amount of your reservation will be requested prior to your arrival. The tourist tax must be paid on site at the time of your departure. For any special requests, please contact us directly.

Deposit :

A deposit of €200 will be requested upon your arrival. The cheque will not be cashed. An inventory/status of the condition of the property must be signed upon your arrival.

Cancellations :

The entire stay will be refunded if you cancel more than 15 days before your scheduled date of arrival. If you cancel between 48 hours and 15 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for the first night. From 48 hours before the date of arrival, no refund will be given.

House rules:

• Arrivals are by appointment between 3 pm and 7 pm. Departures are by appointment before 11 am (except for prior arrangements).
• The houses are non-smoking.
• Upon your departure, the houses shall be left in the state in which you found them upon arrival (dishes clean and put away). Any loss or damage should be reported immediately.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Tenants must be insured by a comprehensive multi-risk homeowner’s policy that includes a ‘holiday’ insurance clause or must have civil liability coverage while away from home.
